Treat Bags

My oldest son will be 11 on July 21st, he wants an Army themed birthday this year, I recently bought the Stand and Salute cartridge, and thought I could make him stuff. I saw this idea for treat bags on CandadianNickel Scrapn, I found the clear bags at Biglots for 1.00 , and then I knew I had to make them. I used black and green card stock from Joanns and a Silver pen from the pharmacy where I live. I will post pictures of them filled when I get that far. Now I have to make his invitations.....

Seeing Stars

I am just playing around with Stand and Salute I am going to change the blue ribbon to match the teal color. All the card stock came from Joanns, except the jets that was actually Christmas paper but it was sparkly so I used it, it came from Micheals.

Happy 4th

I finally had a chance to use my Stand and Salute cartridge, this is what I came up with. I just did a simple one for now. I like how it turned out. The stars were a hole punch I have and the stamp is from Martha Stewart stamps. The card stock is from Joanns.
