And the Count Down Starts.

 36 Days Until Christmas.

It's Wacky Wednesday again

This week was a fall/thanksgiving challenge and here is my entry

The printed paper is DCWV (even though it does not show up, it has acorns and leaves on it) and the plain paper is from Joanns, the stamp is from the dollar section at Joanns and the  cartridge is Create a Critter , the paper behind the Turkey was blah so I brushed chalk on it.

We used DCWV paper, the embellishments are DCWV chipboard and the bling is from the 1.00 section in Micheals and the ribbon is from Joanns and the little penguin is  from the dollar section at Joanns. I got them just for Gabe. Here is his Ornament, he asked me after he made it if I would post it on my blog I couldn't say no to him.

Wacky Wednesday Entry for this week.

I am tired of Cards, So this week I did something a little different. The challenge was to make something Blue, green and brown. Here is my creation.

So I can't take credit for the idea, the design is all mine, but the idea I got at a craft make and take yesterday. for this I used  precut  chipboard by : paper accents , George basic shapes for the cutouts the big circle is 3.5 inches the little one is 2 inches the word Joy (which is stickled) is also from George and its cut at 1 inches. The ribbon is from walmart, and the snowflake is from Sandy Lion Holidays Collection of chipboard. The Brown polka-dot paper is from DCWV Christmas stack. and the twine is from a fellow scrapbooker you all might know she goes by The Scrapbooking Queen (www.thescrapbookingqueen.com)

So Guess What ??

I won a Your Story, the ones that were just showcased On HSN, thanks to Jinger Adams and Provo Craft and HSN. I can't find a picture of it only on the HSN website and it's won't let me take a picture of it...

Even little cards can bring some CHEER

I made this card with Speaking of Winter, it was the 2nd cartridge I ever owned, I think I got it on ebay for 10.50. This is the one and only thing I have made with it so far. It's a little card I made one day just using things that were laying around, the plain paper is all Joanns, the buttons are from my button jar, the ribbon is from Target.

Here is the card that took me over a week to finish.

I had an Idea for what I wanted to do, I knew I wanted to see the Santa  was here chipboard, but that is all I had in mind  this is what I came up with last night, I was not going to let this card defeat me lol

I used Christmas Cheer for the presents, the paper is again from my scrapbox, the ribbon was from target. I used green stickles to bling up the ribbon. I have to admit I have no idea who made the snowflake punch, I bought it last year and that was the first time I used it.
