Wacky Wednesday # 63 Lets Get Animated

Hello Everyone my original post didn't post so here is a new one :D


For this week I made a Mickey Mouse head Door Decor for My son's room.

Recipe to make this:
I used Mickey Font cut at 3.5
I used the Mickey Tag feature
Scrap paper in different colors
I used the Shift for all letters so they would be bigger
I also saved the middle of the A,B,O,R so I could put the dot's back in the center.
I hung it on his door using my ATG gun.

Wacky Wednesday #61 CHRISTMAS

I love Christmas Time, I love everything about it. This year to avoid stress I am doing everything as simple as possible. So far the stress is little to none. I started with making my tree 2 colors this year. Red and silver  here is a picture :

I was super happy when I found out that I got to make something Christmas Themed this week. I decided to show you the xmas cards I have been working on, and I finally got to break out my favorite papers Here are a few of my cards :

This card I used DCWV xmas stack paper, Twine from the Twinery, dotted paper is from The Websters christmas stack  and I inked around the edge with Tim Holtz distressed ink. I used Kraft paper from Joann as my base.

This one I used Paper from Dcwv, Twine from the Twinery, and paper from a Christmas stack by Cosmo Cricket , I love CC paper. Oh I hand cut the ornaments from a temp let from Martha Stewart.

 Same with this one as the rest the paper is from the Websters paper stack The ornament is one side the back ground is the other :D

wacky wednesday # 57

This week for Wacky Wednesday over at More Than Favors it is ANYTHING GOES week. That would have to be my favorite, because the Sky is the limit on what you can create. So feel free to make something and post it over there.

SO my LEAST favorite thing to make is a scrapbook layout. I know it sounds crazy but just the thought makes me want to throw in the towel when it comes to crafting. I can count on 1 hand how many layouts I have made. But the other day while I was supposed to be packing for our Anniversary get away ( it was our 13th Anniversary on the 16th of this month) I had an Idea for a scrapbook page, so I stopped packing and made this :

So I got an all in one Scrapbook kit at Big Lots and I only got it because of the cute little animals. I never intended to do anything with it lol.  So For this lay out I sued stuff that came with the set. And Twine from the Twinery. and that is all. Simple but not so much for me, who hates layouts. I hope you enjoy :D

Wacky Wednesday

This week over at More than Favors the theme is Treat Boxes.  My 10 yr old helped me put together this one, He was so proud of himself.

 We used mini monsters for the holder. Its box one out of the 3 you can choose from. The paper I used is double sided paper I got out of my 12X12 paper box, I have no idea who made it because it had no name on it at all. I thought it was monster worthy :D The stamp is a 97 cent Studio G stamp I picked up at Walmart, and I used my Tim Holtz Distress ink pad for the Ink and the ribbon is American crafts ribbon :D I hope you check out what Gloria made this week, as always it is AMAZING. So I have an announcement to make , Ready?

I am now a Wacky Wednesday Designer, for every other week over at More Than Favors. So I will be designing along with Gloria How cool is that?? That should get me crafting it up again huh? :D Thank you so much Paula for having me on your team.

So this week For Wacky Wednesday The theme is Anniversary!! My 13th Anniversary is next month, so I was super excited to make this card. It's the actual card I'm giving my hubby. (don't tell him) lol.

The yellow paper is from my scrap pile.

Fathers day

Here is the card I made my Husband for Fathers Day, I used the Fathers day cartridge , My hubby got it for me early for my birthday it was at Fred Meyers for 18.00 .. Awesome Deal :D all the paper used on this project is from JOANN's and the twine is from the TWINERY .

A Mothers Day card I made

My very first Fathers Day Card.

I am so not good at making manly cards. But I tired. I used background paper from the DCWV Guy Stack, and the rest were all scraps. The bakers twine is from the Twinery and the stamps are from Stampin up. The inside says Happy Fathers Day also a Stampin Up set. ( gasp! no cricut on this one either)

Birthday card number 4

This was fun to make. It was my first time using Bakers twine from the Twinery, the button is from My minds Eye and the cut is from Create a Critter. The background paper is from DCWV , Stack 7 and the blue is from Joanns. Inside says Happy Birthday. :D

My birthday is in 19 days :D

This was another card for the Birthday Order. I don't know who made the double sided paper that I used, I have had it since I first started crafting. The Twine is from the TWINERY <3 them. The stamp is from Stampin up. <3 and I used no Cricut machine of any kind. I'm so proud of myself :D

All DCWV paper of course :D I really honestly can not remember where I cut the flower from :( That has NEVER happened to me before..... eeek. I used a black gelly roller for the doodling and a jewel from Micheals. I will update when I figure out what one of my 50 carts that cut came from ... lol

Birthday Card.

A store in my  home town is carrying my cards and she wanted some birthday cards so I made this one (3 more are to come) for her. I used Sweet treats for like the 2nd time of owning it for the cupcake, The dot paper is DCWV from the spots dots and plaids stack (my very favorite) the Ribbon is Martha Stewart and the Stamp is Stampin UP.  

A card for my Hubby :D

 First I want to say that I am sorry for the Lack of updates. My husband recently got his DREAM job and we were living in 2 different states for a month, that is NO longer, and I don't have a craft area set up yet but I have some cards YOU have never seen before so I thought I'd massive Update today with New cards so if you come to visit here, you will have something new to look at.



Here is card number 1 :

I made this card for my husband. I used 4 legged friends (it's a walmart cartridge) I used paper from DCWV and Joanns, and the stamp is from PINK By Design : OUR KIDS stamps set. I used my cuttle bug for texture on the Orange paper strip and then drew with my gel pen for some doodling.

Wacky Wednesday :D

SO I have been feeling kinda crafty and I use to be an weekly poster over at www.Morethanfavors.blogspot.com but I have been slacking. This week however, I have been crafting away. The wacky Wednesday challenge this week is Easter Themed stuff. So I decided to make my 2nd ever Scrapbook layout for my 8 month old niece  Jovee, she has a twin brother that I need to make one for too but one thing at a time :D haha.

SO super cute. The background paper is DCWV paper from the Stack7, the Little rabbits are from Simply Charmed one is cut at a 4 inch and one is cut at a 3.5 inch. Their belly's are from the middle of an A because they looked empty so I got creative. The plain paper is all from Joanns. and the ribbon is from Martha Stewart. I etched around the letters with a white gel pen. And the font is from MICKEY FONT.

Here is my creation :

 

So On this My background paper is some I picked up at Michelas for their 6 for a dollar sale they had not to long ago. It's called Bird Watching (the line of the paper is). The ribbon is from Micheals too. The Cut I used is the Card with Envelope cut and I cut it at 5 inches (it didn't make it very big) so I got creative and put it on the front , I faux stitched around it with a Teal gel pen, and stamped the inside with my stamp set I won from PINK BY DESIGN on their autism hop. It's called Our Kids (the stamp set) my plain paper used is from Joanns.


I hope you enjoy it. I will be updating a lot this weekend with more projects I made, including my 2nd EVER scrapbook page .. it's so cute.
